More than 20 years ago, when JIMICQ started working in communication products, the relationship between customers and manufacturers was very different from today.

At that time, customers usually came with clear requirements.

They knew what product they wanted to build, what functions they needed, and what kind of market they wanted to serve.

Our role was simple but important:

Understand the requirements, solve engineering problems, and turn ideas into real products.

During that period, we learned the fundamentals of communication product development through manufacturing.

We learned that a product is not only a design on paper.

It needs to go through engineering verification, production processes, testing, and continuous improvement before it can truly reach users.

When Customer Needs Started to Change

The wireless communication industry has changed significantly over the years.

Products became more diverse.

Applications became more specific.

And customers started facing new challenges.

A product idea was no longer always a complete specification.

Sometimes customers came with a market opportunity.
